Duncan McIntyre - Chairman and Non-Executive Director
Duncan is Chairman and Non-Executive Director of Monitise. He has substantial experience of developing and growing businesses. As Chief Executive Officer he built Morse plc from a small private company into a substantial plc and is currently Chairman of Technetix Limited and Profero Limited. He also has a number of other nascent technology business interests.
Alastair Lukies - CEO & Co-Founder
Alastair is Chief Executive Officer and co-founder of Monitise. Alastair has a proven track record of turning visions and concepts into real businesses. Prior to conceiving, financing and successfully building Monitise, Alastair was a co-founder of epolitix.com, the portal for Westminster, Whitehall and the devolved institutions.
Peter Radcliffe - Non-Executive Director
Peter has held senior executive positions in four FTSE 100 and Fortune 250 bank and IT companies. Peter's entrepreneurial responsibilities covered global and regional territories, with a period of two years in Hong Kong as MD First Data Asia Pacific. Over the past eight years, Peter has been involved with the Centre for Entrepreneurship at the London Business School and is President of their Enterprise 100 which is the business angling group investing in and mentoring the MBA students and School alumni. An active investor in financial technology businesses where he contributes to their strategic direction and business development, Peter believes Monitise is creating a major global shift in the way people interact and transact with their financial institution. Peter is Chairman of the Remuneration Committee.
David Dey - Non-Executive Director
After a long career with IBM in the USA, France and the UK, David joined The Plessey Company and ran their Telecoms Division. In 1987 he joined the Board of British Telecom where he stayed for four years, leaving to set up Energis to compete with BT and Mercury. For the past eleven years David has chaired a number of start-up companies in Telecoms, Software and other industry sectors.
Colin Tucker - Non-Executive Director
Colin has 30 years experience in the telecommunications and electronics industries. He was deputy chairman of Hutchison 3G and was technical director of Orange for ten years. Prior to joining the Monitise board in 2007, he was a board director of Morse plc. With effect from 27th April 2010, Colin assumes the Chairmanship of the Audit Committee.
Lee Cameron - Chief Commercial Officer
Lee holds executive responsibility for Monitise Group's legal, business development, marketing, IP, corporate development and human resources departments. Previously General Counsel at Morse plc, where he managed the group’s corporate transactions he also has experience gained in the financial services sector.
John Brougham - Chief Financial Officer
John brings a wealth of financial experience built through his career with BT. Having joined in 1986, John was Finance Director of BT Transformation, a role which is focused on accelerating BT's transformation into a networked IT services company. Previously he spent six years as CFO of BT Global Services, which serves BT's large corporate customers and runs all the Group's activities outside the UK.
Jan Verplancke - Non-Executive Director
Jan is Chief Information Officer of Standard Chartered Bank and is responsible for all systems development, technology support and banking operations. Prior to joining Standard Chartered, Jan was CIO-EMEA for Dell, where he achieved considerable cost reduction and process improvement over his tenure and was responsible for the expansion of Dell’s business into new markets. He began his career at Levi Strauss in Brussels.
Elizabeth Buse - Non-Executive Director
A member of the Executive Team and the Group Executive, International, for Visa Inc. Elizabeth has responsibility for overseeing Visa’s global sales and client service functions across Asia Pacific, Central Europe, the Middle East and Africa. Previously, Elizabeth was the global head of product for Visa Inc., leading all aspects of product strategy, development and growth. Prior to this, she was executive vice president of product development and management for Visa USA.
